All the relevant information for upgrading is contained in the
documentation of cyrus releases in doc/install-upgrade.html. You may also
want to read doc/changes.html.
Of course, I wouldn't trust any version of cyrus claiming to be 2.0.19,
since the last 2.0 release was 2.0.16 (and still used SASLv1).
If you are upgrading, I'd encourage you to use a skiplist database for
your mailbox list. The newer cyrus versions come with a "cvt_cyrusdb"
program to ease the conversion (or you can do the traditional
dump-mailboxlist, install new binaries, undump-mailboxlist method).
