First, this isn't necessary as a personal mailbox always gets _all_
privileges set for the owner by default.  Second, the command is 'sam
<mbox> <uid> <acl>'  user.jsd isn't the userid, jsd is.

Same userid problem, and you don't want cyrus to have an INBOX
(user.cyrus).
