Rename bug more serious than thought...

Using cyrus 2.1.9, it seems that each time you rename a folder, it adds to
any quota that folder is under...

Connected to xyz.com.
Escape character is '^]'.

I'm not sure if this is fixed in CVS, but this seems a pretty serious bug...
