Cyrus_Imapd problem

Try read the log file /var/log/messages. It may have some error messages.

Hi all
I am configuring my Cyrus-imapd on my server and did all from configuring
cyrus-imapd and cyrus-sasl and all went fine and when i run master & and 
grep that process it just exits the process 
root     31429  0.0  0.4  1700  608 pts/4    S    19:37   0:00 grep cyrus
[1]+  Exit 78                 ./master

and  when i try
imtest -m login -p imap localhost
I get this error message ..
connect: Connection refused
failure: Network initialization
I followed this docementation for this

Any help or any good documentation would be really appreciated.
