Cyrus SASL 2.1.8 Released

It uses the plaintext password from sasldb just like CRAM, DIGEST, etc, and 
calculates the NT/LM hashed passwords on the fly.

I tested the client-side against a Rockliffe Mailsite server, and I tested the 
server-side using MS Outlook [Express].
