question about quota

My system was in this situation and my solution is donnot use trash when
delete mail (ofcourse when your mailbox is overquota). Onother way to avo=
id
overquota status, send warning message to user when their mailbox approac=
hs
full status.

   I have problem using quota.I have set the mailbox
quota to 10M. When the mailbox is over the quota,
then it will return the error message to postfix.
   But when The mailbox is 9.6M, it still can receive
a mail which size is 2M. Then the mailbox becomes over
quota. But now there 11.6M in the mailbox, it will causes
many troubles. For example, I can't move the mail to
trash fold because of over quota. How can I avoid this
situation?
