Is using Berkeley DB 4.0.14 recommended?

I wonder if this is only with Cyrus 2.1.x.
If have stress-tested Cyrus 2.0.16 with DB 4.0.14 with some 100.000
messages and never get this error.
Anyone seen this with 2.0.x versions?
