Permission to delete the mail in folder, but not the folder

Hello,

i've seen a discussion about this problem, but i cannot
find it anymore. 
I've setup a few groups with shared folders where the mail
drops in directly. Now users complains that it is possible
to delete accidentially a subfolder without any security 
question or warnings.
So far as i know is it not possible to delete mail in a 
folder but not the folder with normal settings of imap rights.

But i think i've read about a patch for cyrus imap that fixes
this problem? We use cyrus-imap 1.6.4
