[Q] partition-balancing in mailbox creation

Hi there,
I am thinking of automatic partition-balancing when creating mailbox.
As of date, partition information should be given as a parameter of cyradm, otherwise
default partition is used. When growing the  number of mailbox users and partitions,
it is getting difficult to decide which partition should be chosen.



My idea is so much simple:
	(1) when creating mailbox, admin command to create a mailbox like 'babo'
		e.g. in imap message, "create user.babo"
	(2) when imapd gets the msg, it scans partition info and then choose a desirable one.
		(In large scale system, multiple disk partitions would be used for mailbox store.)
	(3) the remaining is the same as the original.

Do you think it useful ?
Of course, this should not affect the entire performance.
I tested such a mechanism in 2.1.6 and worked well.
