Postfix+Cyrus+MySQL please help its been 3 days

I have /etc/sasldb2 file. I created the cyrus user by
# saslpasswd -c cyrus

i use web-cryadm and set $DOMAIN_AS_PREFIX=1;
i can create a user using web-cryadm but the user can't authenticate either
Here is the mysql output:
