What do you mean by per mailbox filtering?   With Sieve, which Cyrus
supports, you can filter messages into particular mailboxes as they
arrive.  If you mean filter a mailbox which is already populated then
this is a client-side thing, probably using a series of SEARCH, COPY,
STORE, EXPUNGE.
