I'm not convinced this will be even close to easy to do, since it will
require a lot of thought as to how to optimize the SQL queries for IMAP.

In the end, you'll wind up gutting some of the most interesting parts of
cyrus... the message store, since the protocol layers are all relatively
straightforward (just parsers, really).
