New Berkeley DB Configuration Methods

I just committed some changes to the Berkeley DB configuration subsystem
to the Cyrus 2.1 branch of CVS.

If some of the people who generally have Berkeley DB troubles with Cyrus
could test it out and let me know, that'd be great.

It should be much closer to how SASL works now, which while not perfect is
probably better. (it has --with-bdb-libdir and --with-bdb-incdir options).
