The sieve is rejecting to incorrect address

Hi all,
i'm using cyrus-imap with sieve filtering.
The cyrus work fine. But i see strange things by using the sieve.
When i configure "reject  user at user_domain"
the sieve demon send the  reject's receipt to cyrus at my_domain 
instead of user at user_domain. Can i correct it?
Any ideas.
