Problem Account

I have an account, ppmatt which can't be deleted and can't be
recreated. Initial attempts Via the WebMail page, to delete it failed
and since then Ive not been able to fix/delete/create it.

recontruct gets this
  user.ppmatt: System I/O error No such file or directory
cyradm gets this attempting to give admin 'cyrus' delete rights.

setaclmailbox: cyrus: d: System I/O error
$<2>localhost> $<2>deletemailbox user.ppmatt
deletemailbox: Permission denied
$<2>localhost> $<2>createmailbox user.ppmatt
createmailbox: Mailbox already exists


How can I remove all references to this account mailbox so it can
be recreated normally?
