Top level folders

Hi there,

I am pretty new to cyrus so please forgive me some basic questions. Hopfully somebody can help a newby out.

Following problems:

I did manually create top level folders using an admin account. No the users do have no write permissions to the folders. How can I 

- give write permissions for top level folders
- configure cyrus to create specified top level folders (like drafts or sent-mail) by default for every new user account
