gilgamesh: heavy load on homes

I think there are too many disk-io intensive jobs running on gilgamesh
right now. The home server has a load of 8 on it, which means too many jobs
are running that are doing heavy disk io. these are usually quantum
espresso jobs or lots of jobs reading and writing files. If you are running
a lot of these jobs, please kill them and run less of them at once. Thanks,
