gilgamesh: update on cluster upgrade

Hi everyone,

The cluster upgrade is moving along. Right now I am moving home directories
to the new server. This is taking a long time, because of the amount of
data, and I don't have a good idea of how long it will take.  as it
finishes, I will let you know.
