gilgamesh: scheduled maintenance on gilgamesh

I have scheduled some maintenance on gilgamesh for this friday. hopefully we
will install the final node and fix some software issues. The queue will not
start any jobs that won't finish before then, and users will not be able to
login starting at noon on friday. hopefully the maintenance will be done by
the end of that day.
