[ECE PhiBar] Startups in the Bay

"non-engineering" isn't a field, and startups are generally trying to avoid
spending money on account of how there isn't going to be any more for them
in the foreseeable future.  I'd talk to Bowai, though, he knows everybody.

I have no idea how to contact him.
