[ECE PhiBar] Impromptu gathering this Saturday...'cause Katie's coming to town!

I'd like to point out that the Physics people weren't awesome enough to
actually schedule ECE PhiBar at the same time as you...

Also, is it reasonable to claim founding member status if you were there the
first year, even if you had nothing to do with the planning or organization
of it?  I need to know for resume purposes.
