[Disksim-users] how to add address translation at the controller

Hello all

I would like to study a storage system comprising of SSDs and HDD's in
different RAID combinations. ( similar to autoraid, DHIS )
I would like to use an address translation layer at the controller, which
decides the location of blocks during
reads / writes based on factors such as the queue length , throughput,
current disk head position.

The problem is that when using disksim , the location of blocks ( for read /
write ) should be known before
running the simulation. Is there anyway using which i can provide this
information online.
