[Disksim-users] Compile error - duplicate case value

I ran into the same problem.  The code won't compile, and the problem seems
to be this assertion:

StaticAssert (sizeof(ioreq_event) <= DISKSIM_EVENT_SIZE);

Any fixes/workarounds?

Here's my setup:
