[Disksim-users] RAM TIME

Hi,all 
      Did someone know how the latency of RAM infulence the disk's transfer rate?
      I add the cache function into the disksim, but find that the running time is so huge because of the reading of the RAM information is too slow. But by the increasing the running time, the response time of disk is not increase. That means the reponse time of disk is not conrresponding to the simulation time.
      Can anyone give an explanation? Thank you!
