saslauthd+kerberos infinite loop inside sendto_kdc.c at function service_fds

Ok, we will try 2 things over here: use the latest sasl, and then if the
problem happens again we will try heimdal.

Unfortunately since we don't know how to reproduce this bug and it only
happens once in a while I might take a few weeks to report...
