Building SASL 2.1.25 on OSX 10.7.3

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to build SASL 2.1.25 on OSX 10.7.3 and I am getting an error in the make "-install_name only allowed with -dynamiclib"

I see some others have had this issue posted to this list, but those posts suggest a bug was filed late in 2011 for this error, but I can't find the bug in Bugzilla?
