Cyrus SASL 2.1.26 Released

Now, the consumer of libsasl2 has to include sys/types.h for size_t
which is newly used in sasl.h.  It broke some existing applications.
Is it intentional?  Isn't it better to include sys/types.h from
sasl.h?
