Problems Postfix SASL

i am configuring a server postfix test, installed
the sasl and did the following configuration:
/etc/default/saslauthd
START=yes
MECHANISMS="ldap"
MECH_OPTIONS=""
THREADS=5
OPTIONS="-c"

/etc/saslauthd.conf
ldap_servers: ldap://10.0.0.2
ldap_version: 3
ldap_timeout: 10
ldap_time_limit: 10
ldap_cache_ttl: 30
ldap_cache_mem: 32768
ldap_scope: sub
ldap_port: 389
ldap_search_base: DC=in,DC=nxt,DC=com,DC=br
ldap_auth_method: bind
ldap_filter_mode: yes
ldap_filter:
(&(objectClass=organizationalPerson)(sAMAccountName=%u))

in the file and syslog messages can not find any
Error Remembering that i am consulting a server active
directory, i am not using OpenLDAP, if someone already
Gone through this and have any hint, thank since
