This is an annoyance that has been on the block for ages. The Postfix author
has written a note to package maintainers _not_ to ship Postfix chrooted by
default. Debian _does_ deliver Postfix chrooted. I am sure, this has been
documented along with all the other Debian changes. So who to blame?
