SASL authentication module for apache httpd v2.0.x

I couldn't find a suitable module for SASL authentication with httpd
v2.0.x so I modified mod_auth_imap[1].

Initial version can be downloaded from
http://www.py-soft.co.uk/~benjamin/download/mod_auth_sasl/mod_auth_sasl-0.0.1.tgz

Comments welcome!  Works perfectly on my server but usual warnings
apply! :-)
