You have to select the Policy in your slapd.conf.

"sasl-authz-policy", exact Name of the Option depends on your LDAP-Version.

Yep. saslAuthzTo only in the Proxy-User Object. Or saslAuthzFrom in the 
others. Exactly Name depends on your LDAP-Version. If *To or *From depends on 
your setup.
