My problem, Cyrus-SASL via sql plugin with oracle

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for your advice about the documentation.

I attached new diff files including documentation changes.

I feel that I have to think more on cyrus-imapd changes
because my changes can be based on my misunderstanding or they may not be in a graceful status.
