About build on NetBSD 3.0

[Mitsuyasu Ichimura]

Hi,

I tried to build cyrus-sasl-2.1.21 on NetBSD 3.0, but failed.
Problems is:

1. plugin is made as static library.
2. libsasl2 is made as static library, too.
3. when make utils, shared link shared library as static.

These problems is made from old libtool, I think. In next version,
please use newer version of libtool.
