Sorry guys,just ignore my earlier mail about loading
of plugins in windows. I have the lead now.

Just noticed that there is a separate windlopen.c. Got
confused because
had noticed dlopen.c only and that was not explaining
how loading of plugins is done in windows. Now,I can
see.
