Compilation of Cyrus SASL with Globus GSSAPI fails

Hi,

  There is a working Cysrus SASL GSSAPI plugin module that works with x509 and
compiles against globus code base. The latest is in
http://www.globus.org/toolkit/mds/patch_for_mds2_in_gt40.html
Please note the fact that it has not been fully tested and will not be
supported since MDS2 has been deprecated.
