For SMTP over SSL use port 465. In Outlook you have to change the port
manually.

$ cat /etc/services | grep 465
ssmtp           465/tcp         smtps           # SMTP over SSL

$ cat /etc/postfix/master.cf | grep smtps
smtps     inet  n       -       n       -       -       smtpd
