Problem compiling 2.1.21

It turned out to be easier to fix the problems I had with 2.1.22 beta; I
just had to compile without LDAP first, then recompile OpenLDAP against
the non-LDAP SASL and finally recompile SASL again with LDAP. Thanks to
those who have pointed this out before.

I haven't actually tried to run this yet though. Maybe I should
recompile OpenLDAP against the SASL-with-LDAP libraries that I compiled
against the OpenLDAP libraries that I compiled against the
SASL-without-LDAP libraries. However, it seems to me that this would
result in some bad circular behaviour... :)
