cyrus-imapd cyrus-sasl problem

I really need help solving this issue, i know that it has been
answered before, but i couldn't find any answer that help. I'm a
newbie in linux.

The problem is that i have installed cyrus-imapd and cyrus-sasl in
REDHAT AS 4, when i start the imapd i got the following errors:
