Extended LIST RETURN (CHILDREN SUBSCRIBED)

Hi,

I don't see mention in that bug report which version of Cyrus they were testing with, but it sounds like this issue, which was fixed in 2.5.11: https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd/issues/11

These were the commits from that issue:

I don't think this bug ever existed in 3.0.  The master branch got a whole lot of LIST rewrites as part of the mbname API introduction and similar work, prior to the release of 3.0.  I think it wound up getting fixed by this work, but I can't point to a specific commit.  (Notice that the 2.5 fix was to work around some messy API's that don't exist on 3.0.)
