PATCH: Add verbose option to ipurge

Hi Valentin,

Thanks for the patch, it's now in git. :)

I haven't backported this for 2.5 because of the behaviour change, which
seems to go against the "stable" designation for that series.  But it
makes sense for future 3.x releases.
