Documentation:
* Nicola has nothing
* Different perspectives and howtos (see list)

JMAP:
* Merged all JMAP development in github repo.
* Contacts already working at FM
* Calendars mostly done
  - Attachments - challenges, impact more than just JMAP
* Messages - possible to create Drafts, put them outbox - but trickier bits not yet touched.
  - Attachments are missing - requires each binary object to have unique identifier
  - Have to keep track of blobs across the entities that hold them
  - Calendar managed attachments - close to that - but need across all the different types
* Robert working tomorrow and a little bit of Wednesday on some more bits of Messages
  - will take a brain dump to the cyrus-devel mailing list as well.
* question about BIND - multiple resource names to one master resource? Annotations on a user - maps to stuff they have bound to.
  - depends on the calendar sharing spec

CalConnect / DAV server bits:
* Bron, Neil, Ken at CalConnect next week
* main goal: set of caldav tester tests
* Ken has also been doing managed attachments and serverinfo since last time
* Scheduling - need to create an iMIP notifier (Bron!)

#events folder - Bron wrote a blog post about it
* https://blog.fastmail.com/2015/12/25/a-ghost-of-fastmail-future/
* talked about how that's going to work with putting events in there at FastMail.

Backups / ellie:
* ellie back into working on them today - yay for good notes to self
* 2.5.7 went out just before Christmas, not many interesting changes since)

improved_mboxlist_sort: it's a horror. Added option to cyr_dbtool to allow working with them, but need to make it safer for existing upgrades.

3.0 -> when?

Maybe get 3.0 out soon, just fix the missing bits, and then do a 4.0 later with bigger breaking changes.

Bron and Ken figured out logistics for Sunday arrival next week.

Finished 22:34
