2.5.10: segfaults in notifyd with method mailto

Hi all!

We are testing 2.5.10 and have segfaults with notifyd.

I give it a try with my 1st guthub issue... hopefully I did it rigth: (:

   https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd/issues/1752

Can someone tell me if I did it rigth with the bug report...?
