Getting cyradm to work over SSL

Hello Philip,

Unfortunately, I am not able to help with TLS support at the moment,
being quite new to Cyrus. However, there seems to be much more
information in the "man"-pages. For instance, from within the source
directory for cyrus-imapd, you could run the command:

% man man/man1/cyradm.1p

This shows more information, including --tlskey.
