Docker images for Cyrus / OpenIO development

Hello Cyrus team,

As requested by Bron at yesterday's meeting, here are the links to the
Docker images I have been working on.

A Docker image with "just" OpenIO:

A Docker image with OpenIO and Cyrus:
https://github.com/conradkleinespel/cyrus-docker

The READMEs contain instructions on how to build the images. The images
are not available on the Docker Hub at the moment, this means you need
to build them from source using said instructions. Do you think having
the images pre-built on the Docker Hub would be a good thing ?

There are currently no docs other than the READMEs. If some better docs
(or a screencast or whatever) are needed, I am willing to work on that.
