cyrus-imapd-2.4.17-caldav-beta5 released

Hi Ondřej,

I just committed support for unixhierarchysep for all of the HTTP modules:

This took me longer than expected because a bug in the handling of 
telemetry logging bit me will working on this.  The fix for that bug was 
committed just prior to this one.

Both of these, along with some other fixes that I worked on at the 
CalConnect interop testing last week, will be part of beta6 which I will 
probably release by the end of the week.
