LIST shows notexisting folder under Shared Folders

Hi,

I try to debug a problem with horde/imp 5.0 (git version)
and cyrus-imapd 2.4.7. Imp is unable to create folders.
And shows the error Folder already exists.

telemetry logging shows

a LIST "" (Test23)
* LIST (\NonExistent) "/" "Shared Folders/Test23"
a OK Completed (0.000 secs)

which would indicate that a folder Test23 is existing as a
shared folder. But this folder does not exist.

b LIST "" (* "Other Users/*" "Shared Folders/*")
* LIST (\Noinferiors \HasChildren) "/" INBOX
* LIST () "/" test
b OK Completed (0.000 secs 2 calls)

is this related to http://bugzilla.cyrusimap.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3404?
