Sweet.  Can these folders be flagged as Trash, Drafts, Sent via cyradmin
somehow?  [Maybe that is obvious in the patch, but I can't see it].

If mail clients would support DNS SRV we could get to am almost
zero-config scenario [like XMPP clients].  But I guess that is a system
administrator's pipe-deam.
