Performance deficiency in mboxlist.c when using flat mailboxes.db in a non-murder environment

Hi,

Ben Carter from the University of Pittsburgh submitted this patch to me 
today.  They're doing an upgrade to 2.3.14 in a non-murder environment 
with a flat mailboxes database, and he discovered a serious performance 
problem doing certain LIST commands.
