Cyrus 2.3.14 RC1 (Was: Cyrus 2.3.13 RC1)

Any chance the patches for 
https://bugzilla.andrew.cmu.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=3008 can be commited?  
It looks like it may have been forgotten, the patches don't apply 
cleanly anymore but I have diff of both against the current version 
in cvs if you'd like me to post it in BZ.
