addition for changes.html file

Hi,

Maybe it would interesting to update changes.html so that it mentions 
that unexpunge now takes the mailboxes in the form of 
user/myuser.bla at domain.com (I can only that the unix hierarchy seperator 
here) in stead of the internal mailbox name.

I just noticed this on my test server.  Unfortunately it took some time 
till I figured out it.
